Terms of Service

1. Service description

ClinOps is a cloud-based clinic management Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform operated by CLINOPS (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-KR-03-0715492), a registered MSME based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

The platform enables independent clinics and healthcare providers to manage appointments, patient records, prescriptions, billing, staff roles, and operational workflows. Access is provided via a web application and is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals and their authorised staff.

By registering for or using ClinOps, you (the clinic owner or authorised administrator) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Subscription terms

Free trial

All new clinics receive a 7-day free trial upon registration. No credit card is required to start the trial. Full platform access is available during the trial period. At the end of the trial, a subscription plan must be selected to continue using the platform.

Billing

Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable Indian law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at superadmin@clinops.co.in. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, access will be suspended and your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. We do not offer partial-month refunds.

Price changes

We may change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. You will be notified by email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use ClinOps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • cancelUse the platform for any purpose other than the management of a genuine healthcare clinic
  • cancelEnter false, fabricated, or misleading patient records
  • cancelShare login credentials with unauthorised individuals
  • cancelAttempt to access data belonging to other clinics
  • cancelReverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
  • cancelUse automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform

As the clinic owner, you are responsible for ensuring that your staff use the platform in compliance with these Terms and with applicable Indian healthcare laws, including patient confidentiality obligations.

4. Intellectual property

ClinOps and all its underlying software, design, trademarks, and content are owned by CLINOPS. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your clinic's internal purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.

Your clinic's data (patient records, billing history, etc.) remains yours. We do not claim any ownership over data you enter into the platform.

5. Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for disruptions caused by factors outside our control (internet outages, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events).

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, CLINOPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or clinical errors.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

ClinOps is a management tool. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare professionals using the platform. The platform does not constitute medical advice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a manner that endangers patient data or violates applicable law. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to clinic administrators by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
